Q1: What services do you offer?

A: We provide OEM, ODM, EMS, and distribution services. Please send us your inquiry with specific requirements, and we’ll deliver a one-stop product solution tailored to your needs.

Q2: Do you accept furniture customization?

A: Yes, absolutely. We can create furniture designs based on clients’ special requirements. After proposal approval, we’ll develop CAD drawings and proceed with production once the drawings are finalized.

Q3: What are your payment terms and methods?

A:
• Deposit: 50% for standard products, 60% for custom products
• Balance payment: Collected before shipment
• Accepted currencies: USD, EUR, HKD, CNY
• Payment methods: T/T (Telegraphic Transfer), L/C (Letter of Credit), MoneyGram, Credit Card, PayPal, Western Union, Cash, Escrow

Q4: What is your furniture lead time?

A: After the order is confirmed, the goods will be loaded onto the ports within China approximately 45 days .

Q5: How do you handle packaging and labeling for shipments?

A: All furniture is professionally packaged to minimize transportation damage risks. Cartons are clearly labeled with project numbers and product codes for easy identification during receipt.
